The intent of our business is to create fine work at excellent value and to provide unparalleled customer service to manufacturers of jewelry, automobile, consumer goods, toys, medical instruments, electronics and many other products. Our core focus is providing our clients with a unique blend of product development, rapid prototyping, advanced 3D CAD solid modeling and engineering services.

Suigeneris Design utilizes the most advanced technologies available to aid in accelerating the product development cycle. We are devoted to helping you develop a winning new product with a refreshing new appearance. We believe that product development should be an exciting and pleasant process for everyone involved. Working with our design department you can approve every step in this process via pictures sent by email. We are quality and customer service driven and at any time during this process you can make any changes you wish.

The genesis of your cutting edge design will be an enjoyable endeavor for our designers and engineers and especially for you, as our client. Prototypes generated from our 3D modeled files will give you an opportunity to try multiple design iterations and to test fit, form and function, giving you the ability to refine your ideas in the early stages of the process, before changes become costly.

Engineering and Design Services

3D Solid Modeling:
Once your product is created in our 3D solid modeling package a wide variety of 3rd party products can be utilized such as stress analysis, animation, conceptual rendering, CNC tool paths, and more.
Rapid Prototyping STL Files:
Our files created in our 3D solid modeling package can generate an .stl file format to be used in the stereolithography process. We can provide this rapid prototyping service to help our customers in the design of their product. This process allows the end user to hold a model of their product in their hands, to check for proper design parameters.
Product Design:
Our vast engineering and manufacturing experience in the high tech field enables us to assist in integrating all aspects of a project from design, right up to full production. We can partner with you completely, or enter anywhere in the design/engineering process.
Production Drawings:
We can provide full accurate dimensional 2D drawings for part inspection, manufacturing, patent prints, and more. We can provide conceptual prints, reproductions, color, black & white, & scaled drawings. We can import and export files in many different formats, such as .dxf, .dwg, .drw, .iges, .tiff, and more.
Top Down Assembly Modeling:
We can check for fit, interference, and functionality. Our 3D solid modeling package will link itself to the three dimensional part files and to two dimensional drawing files, so once you make a change anywhere in the design process, all of the linked files will update automatically. We can create mating relationships between components to simulate motion in the assembly. This all provides an additional interaction for our customers to reassure that their design is fully functional before any time or money is spent on manufacturing.

As an artist and designer, Deborah de Vies brings more than 15 years synergistic experience covering such diverse fields as engineering, drafting and design, product development, teaching, fine art, graphic arts, web development, and most recently, 3D surface modeling. (See below for resumes.)

Using a sophisticated surface modeling program Deborah creates the piece directly on a computer. Information can then be digitally translated to a device that builds a wax ready for investment casting or a durable polyester prototype for engineering evaluation. In addition to this, once your product is created in our modeling package a wide variety of 3rd party products can be utilized such as stress analysis, animation, conceptual rendering, CNC tool paths and more.

After the design is finished and is approved by you, it can go into production immediately.
